Current availability of the Rubris Platform and Opt-Out Portal.

Rubris Status

Checks that the Opt-Out Portal sign-in page at oop.rubris.com renders (GET /users/sign_in expects the Devise sign-in form). OOP is a separate service from the main app. If down: check the prod ALB targets and the oop-web ECS service, then recent deploys.

Rubris Opt-Out Portal

Checks that app.rubris.com is reachable and the web app responds (GET /health_check expects "web_status":"OK"). Does not check the database or Redis yet. If down: check the prod ALB targets and the crosslink-web ECS service, then recent deploys.

Rubris Platform

Checks that the app.rubris.com sign-in page renders (GET /users/sign_in expects the Devise sign-in form). Failing while Rubris Platform passes points to a Rails rendering or asset problem rather than an outage. If down: check AppSignal errors for SessionsController, then recent deploys.
